Home Additions

This log addition to an older stick-framed home added almost 900 s.f. of living space. The defined main entrance we created included an entry foyer with a covered porch, and replaced an awkward side entrance that was formerly the main entry. We re-sided the stick-framed portion of the home with logs, and chinked the siding to match the log addition. This addition completely transformed an otherwise dull home.

We built this 600 s.f. addition onto this 1970 built home, and created a large great room, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan for the living area of the home. The addition also included a basement with two rooms, and a clearly defined main entry with a covered porch. In addition to adding significant character and appeal to a basic design, the extra space made this smaller home much more livable.
